Big Motoring World is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with project management to support a programme of work as we grow and transform the business. You will collaborate with internal and external resources to deliver projects that drive measurable business benefits and align with our ambitious growth plans.
What You'll Be Doing
- Collaborate with development teams to deliver products with clear, measurable business benefits.
- Lead the design, implementation and testing of both small and large projects, managing from conception to post-implementation.
- Integrate 3rd party systems into our core business operations.
- Conduct UAT testing of products and services to ensure quality and alignment with business needs.
- Embed changes into the business and monitor their success.
- Develop and enhance processes around IT-enabled business change.
What We're Looking For (Essential)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a combined BA/PM role
- Experience of working in agile methodology
- A positive can-do attitude, flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Highly organised, with excellent time management skills
Desirable
- BCS certified in business analysis
- Working knowledge of the Automotive Industry
