Overview

Graduate Scheme – Operations – Seed to Shelf at G\’s Group. This programme provides exposure to every aspect of the business, with placements across Operations, Product Management, Planting, Planning and Harvest to support a broader understanding of the organisation. There is a focus on people management, supervision and continuous improvement, with development through training, coaching and opportunities. The role includes potential international travel and a developing culture that values growth and collaboration.

What we are looking for

• Genuine interest in a career within the food and/or fresh produce industry
• Either in your final year of University graduating in 2026 or have graduated in the last 4 years
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
• The capacity to problem solve and have a can-do attitude
• Ability to work as a team and on your own initiative
• Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment

We are recruiting for the 2026 Operations Seed to Shelf Graduate Programme with placements designed to give you a wide exposure to our business. The placements focus on everyday people management, supervision, and a commercial focus on continuous improvement.
