How will you make a difference to PMI?
PMI is looking for a Regional Head of Marketing, North America who will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of competitive marketing strategies based on regional marketing needs. Accountable for managing resources aimed to develop marketing campaigns to achieve expected outcomes in the region. Manages regional marketing team.
What You’ll Bring To The Role
- Develops regional workable action plans that drive regional country-level initiatives aligned with PMI global Marketing strategies.
- Supports relevant product launches and events to ensure successful market integration.
- Develops, executes, and maintains sound marketing and communication plans for the regions and sets priorities for team members.
- Evaluates the regional campaign and event performance and proposes improvement plans.
- Cascades learnings to the other regions and Marketing functions.
- Recommends process optimization opportunities and enthusiastically helps implement process changes.
- Represents the region in Marketing Strategy sessions including agency briefing and internal campaign development.
- Supports the MD with all needed periodic progress/status reporting against marketing plans and budgets.
- Cultivates and nurtures relationships with key media in the region.
- Effectively communicates PMI’s regional marketing plans, campaigns to engage with stakeholders and promote PMI brand in the target region.
Role Qualifications
- Proficient in English
- Experience in the following countries: North America, Canada
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent, MBA preferred.
- 7-10 years of field marketing leadership experience
- Ability to develop high-level marketing strategies.
- Solid understanding of the technical, financial, and operational elements of the organization.
- Track record of successful vendor management.
- Ability to effectively collaborate across the organization as well as with external partners.
- Knowledge of marketing and relationship management tools and techniques with the ability to present and apply them in an association environment and externally on senior management and top executive level.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, including demonstrated team-based operational and strategic results, with the ability to lead, retain, and progress staff.
- Experience working in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills.
