A typical day in the role includes:
- Lead the online business team to grow revenue and other online KPIs across European BUs
- Creating and delivering the eLab online business strategy alongside other stakeholders
- Monitor KPIs to understand key drivers, creating and delivering actions to enhance KPIs
- Collaborate with other teams to deliver actions with BUs to improve performance
- Drive BUs to ensure online business targets are met and strategies are in place to evolve our online offering to customers, staying ahead of the market
- Take a leading role collaborating with other Groups teams to support your vision and strategy to grow our online business
- Support delivery of organisational planning and change within the eLab and BU teams
- Ensure BUs are aware of new initiatives and teams are upskilled as required
- Lead and develop the online business team of team leaders and administrators
