Marketing Executive

This role is perfect for an ambitious Marketing Executive. You will be joining a well-known, successful local organisation that has been established for many years.

Some of your duties will include:

1. Managing all aspects of marketing, advertising, and public relations on behalf of the Company.
2. Maintaining presence on social media: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram, and making daily posts.
3. Managing all aspects of public relations and liaising with local and national media to obtain publicity.
4. Organising networking events and seminars both in the UK and overseas, sending out invitations to clients.
5. Compiling sales brochures for properties available for lease or rent and sending them to potential purchasers.
6. Co-ordinating advertising signs to be put up at properties which are available and removed once let.
