We are looking for a hands-on ServiceNow Implementation Specialist with strong experience in Security Operations (SecOps) to join the team. This role will focus on the configuration, implementation, and optimisation of SecOps modules, including Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement ServiceNow SecOps modules based on business and technical requirements.
- Develop and customise workflows, UI policies, client/server scripts, and integrations to meet specific security operations needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including security teams and platform owners, to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Perform testing, documentation, and user training to ensure successful deployment and adoption.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements to maintain high system performance and user satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementations, with a focus on SecOps.
- Strong scripting and configuration skills in ServiceNow (JavaScript, Business Rules, Workflows).
- Knowledge of security operations processes, vulnerability management, and incident handling.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with threat intelligence feeds, scanners, and SIEMs.
Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - SecOps; CSA or CAD preferred.
