Assistant Building Manager

We're looking for a proactive and hands on Assistant Building Manager to support the day to day operation of our residential leasing development. You will work closely with the building manager to ensure the building runs smoothly, safely and to a high standard for all residents. This is a great opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills and a practical team orientated mindset.

The role:

• Assist with daily property operations, inspections and minor repairs.
• Support health and safety compliance
• Help coordinate pre and post tenancy inspections.
• Use internal systems to log maintenance and compliance records.
• Provide cover for the Building Manager during absences.

Requirements:

• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to work flexibly and reliably including occasional cover for emergencies.
• Comfortable carrying out hands on tasks and site inspections.
• Experience in residential property or facilities managements is preferred.
