Do you have a passion for Cyber Access Security and a proven background in Privileged Access Management? If so, we are recruiting for a Senior Engineer to support our CyberArk Service.

You will support our critical CyberArk service and processes, creating relationships with global colleagues and further developing your CyberArk technical skills.

The Chief Information Security Office (CISO) comprises dedicated and skilled information security experts. A recent benchmark review identified that 80% of hacking-related breaches involve compromised user credentials, making our work vital for our customers!

About the role:

This is a highly technical CyberArk engineering role offering the chance to join a driven and energized team. Responsibilities include:

  1. Continuously improving our service and implementing changes as per plans.
  2. Onboarding accounts to our CyberArk solution, developing automation, and building connectors into applications.
  3. Maintaining platform reliability, optimizing performance, and supporting the platform.
  4. Responding to incidents and requests, supporting governance processes.

The team provides out-of-hours support on a rota basis, with standby and callout payments if coverage becomes essential.

Skills and experience:

  • CyberArk Defender & Sentry certifications (additional certifications supported).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive task management.
  • Experience with global CyberArk implementations (e.g., EPV, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP, PTA, CCP, MFA).
  • Experience in CyberArk custom PSM and CPM development.
  • Understanding of core infrastructure technologies like Active Directory, Windows Server, Linux, cloud services, etc.

  • Competitive salary between £65,000 – £75,000 (National) or £75,000 – £85,000 (London), depending on experience.
