Senior Engineer CSA - Data Centre - Finland

Falcon Green has partnered with a specialist CSA Contractor in their search for a Senior Engineer for a hyperscale data centre in Helsinki. As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the CSA package, from groundworks to handover. You will be supported by the Senior Project Manager.

This client is a well-known contractor across various sectors and continues to be a market leader. They are recognized for their training, staff retention, and a culture of promoting from within, with employee engagement at the forefront.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale civils projects on time and within budget. Data centre experience is desirable but not essential. The data centre sector is currently the fastest-growing in construction, making this an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Construction Manager to advance to project management.

Senior Engineer Key Responsibilities:

• Checking the quality of work as required
• Managing subcontractors and maintaining daily records of work levels
• Managing setting out engineers and site staff
• Calculating and ordering materials
• Planning work schedules
• Liaising with consultants, project managers, site managers, clerks, quantity surveyors, and subcontractors

Senior Engineer Key Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Construction Management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
• Excellent communication skills
• Methodical and solutions-focused
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage and motivate site personnel
• EU Right to Work
