M4 Recruitment are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our busy fabrication client in Newbury. The ideal candidate will operate press brake machinery to bend, shape, and form metal parts according to detailed specifications, ensuring quality and precision in every piece.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and form metal sheets and components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine appropriate bend angles and sequence.
- Measure and inspect finished parts for accuracy, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Adjust machine settings, tooling, and dies as needed to achieve desired results.
