The Opportunity Are you ready to lead commercial success in a role that blends business development, customer management, and strategic growth? As the Commercial Manager for Northumbrian Roads, you’ll be at the forefront of driving commercial strategy for Aggregate Industries' Asphalt sales and Contracting. You’ll play a key role in nurturing relationships with key accounts, ensuring top-tier service, and uncovering growth opportunities across the North East region. You’ll be the face of Northumbrian Roads for our key clients, nurturing relationships that ensure we’re always delivering exactly what they need. You’ll have an eye for what’s next, spotting growth potential in Asphalt sales and Contracting, and guiding projects through from idea to signed contract. You’ll work alongside cross-functional teams to align our services with market and customer needs, making sure everyone’s on board with where we’re headed. You’ll play a big role in developing a diverse portfolio of clients, helping our business stay strong and adaptable no matter what’s happening in the market. You’ll oversee contracts from tender to handover, keeping quality, compliance, and safety at the forefront of every step.
