Overview
My client is a fast-growing Wealth Management / Financial Planning firm which provides professional, face to face financial advice to clients throughout the UK, founded by an experienced team with a passion for excellent client experience and effective service delivery.
Responsibilities
- General office administrative duties
- Opening new cases on CMS and iBusiness
- Updating CMS and iBusiness with client details
- Processing Letter of Authorityโs with Providers
- Submitting requests for information
- Requesting Investment valuation updates
- Adviser pipeline management
- Client Service Charter administration
- IAF & OAF queries
- Provide regular updates to Financial Adviser about case progression
- Adviser diary management
- Booking Client Appointments
- Build a lasting relationship with all Clients and Stakeholders
Requirements / Qualifications
This role requires a minimum of 1 year of experience within secretarial and/or administrative roles in a fast-paced client-facing environment. The candidate must have a great telephone manner, be well presented, and possess excellent organisational skills.
