Your impact: Join our EMEA team as a B2C Solution Consultant and become the Mirakl expert and trusted advisor pivotal to the successful integration of our platform within our clients' e-commerce ecosystems. From the moment a deal closes, you will be instrumental in ensuring rapid and successful platform launches, providing expert advice on architecture and features. The role is based either in Paris, Munich or London. Our office policy is hybrid: 3 days at the office / 2 days remote.
What you will do:
- Support the effective and successful launch of Mirakl platforms at our customers, working as a team with your Customer Success Consultant counterpart.
- During the project phase: guide our customers in their understanding of our product, and towards the right architectural and functional choices to shape their future marketplace via solutions presentations and design workshops.
- Support them as they move through the integration and developments required to achieve this plan, up to go live.
- After first marketplace go-live: identify key strategic developments (e.g. international or new business model expansion, omnichannel services, etc.) or additional functional adoptions to further strengthen the success of the marketplace.
- Support customers in the implementation of such initiatives.
- Identify design or implementation issues/risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve.
- Serve as a technical liaison between customers and our Product teams, enhancing customer understanding of the Mirakl Platform's value, and channeling customer feedback into product development.
- Manage multiple projects (6 to 8) simultaneously, adapting quickly to diverse environments and acquiring new skills and processes.
- Actively contribute to the development of the team delivering reusable assets, success stories and helping the community grow.
- Continuously train yourself on Mirakl new feature releases and keep a close eye on the Product roadmap, to achieve this Trusted Advisor position.
What you need to succeed:
- You hold a Master’s degree or higher in Engineering, Web Development, or Business, paired with a passion for technology.
- You bring at least 3 years of experience in Consulting, E-commerce, or Project Management, boasting a comprehensive understanding of the eCommerce ecosystem.
- Your previous customer-facing experiences have honed your ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, from operational teams to C-suite executives.
- You have experience in leading discovery sessions to design sophisticated blueprints, functional scopes, or business requirement documents.
- You are a seasoned problem solver with a track record of leading design sessions and crafting detailed, technical solutions for SaaS platforms.
- You are familiar with web technologies and frameworks (JSON/XML, CSV, Responsive Design, Restful APIs).
- Fluency in English and Spanish OR German is a must.
