Role and responsibilities:
This role provides cover for the incumbent CFO. During their absence this interim role will bring their finance team leadership and use their experience to make recommendations as required. In addition being interested and engaged with the operational side of the business will be valued.
The Desired Candidate:
- Must be a qualified accountant with strong leadership and general management skills.
- Should be capable of:
- Managing cash flow proactively, not reactively.
- Providing consistent financial reporting and implementing solid financial controls.
- Collaborating cross-functionally and integrating with the leadership team
- Assessing the existing finance team structure and recommending improvements.
