Our client based in the Deeside area is currently recruiting a Supply Chain Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. As the Supply Chain Administrator you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient administration of our clients supply chain, often by coordinating activities across departments including purchasing and processing orders.
Performance Objectives
- Processing customer orders, managing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Maintaining accurate records on the database.
- Monitoring stock levels, and coordinating replenishment.
- Chasing stock orders to ensure operations are streamlined and company goals are achieved.
- Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and customers.
- Handling the logistical aspects of scheduling and coordinating deliveries and transport.
- Completing all other general administration duties as and when required.
Person Specification
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
- PC literate, experience of using Sage would be ideal but isnβt essential.
- Excellent communication skills over the phone and email.
- Experience of working within a similar environment.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
