** Production Coordinator F/M**I apply * Contract type: Temporary contract – 12 months * Work time: Full time * Location Santa Cruz de Tenerife * From 01.05.2025 ** Post description**We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Production Coordinator to join our 3D animation team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of animation projects by managing schedules, coordinating between departments, ensure the day-to-day follow- up of the teams in place and maintaining clear communication across the production pipeline. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced creative environment.** Profile required****Key Responsibilities:*** Assist the Production Manager in scheduling and tracking production progress.* Coordinate between different departments (modeling, rigging, animation, lighting, etc.) to ensure deadlines are met.* Maintain and update production tracking tools (ShotGrid, Excel, or similar).* Communicate with artists and supervisors to identify and resolve potential bottlenecks.* Organize and distribute daily/weekly production reports.* Ensure all assets and deliverables are properly documented and archived.* Facilitate meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.* Assist in managing outsourced work and liaise with external vendors if needed.**Requirements:*** Previous experience in a similar role in the animation, VFX, or gaming industry.* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.* Proficiency in production tracking software (ShotGrid).* Excellent communication skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.* Familiarity with 3D animation workflows and pipelines.* Ability to work collaboratively with artists, supervisors, and production staff.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.* Fluency in English.* EU nationality or work permit.**Preferred Qualifications:*** Experience working in a fast-paced animation studio.* Knowledge of industry-standard software (Maya).* Understanding of post-production and rendering processes.If you are passionate about animation and enjoy working in a dynamic production environment, we’d love to hear from you!** Production Coordinator F/M**Temporary contract – 12 months Full time Santa Cruz de Tenerife From 01.05.2025 #J-18808-Ljbffr
