General Manager – Independent Restaurant Group
Location: Central London
Salary: Up to £55,000 plus bonus

The Concept:
This one is a gem. A group of independent restaurants and bars with rooms, known for acquiring buildings they fall in love with, repositioning them within the market, and then continuing to operate them successfully.

The Role of General Manager:
This is a really interesting project where you will oversee the entire venue, including 15 bedrooms. The main focus will be on the Restaurant & Bar. You will manage a team of 15, with the support of a strong Assistant General Manager, an attentive Operations Director, and an Executive Chef. The food offering is now at a standard the team is very proud of, and they need someone who can deliver an exceptional guest experience and develop the team to high standards. This small operation provides an intimate service, making it an East London foodie\’s dream. A strong passion for wine is essential, as there is a notable wine offering. While you\’ll meet and greet hotel guests, a central bookings system handles most of the logistics.
