Role Profile: The WHY

As the Store Associate, you play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience and upholding the brand\’s reputation for excellence.

Role Accountability: The WHAT

Responsible for:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendlyand professional manner.
• Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver a seamless shopping experience.
• Loss prevention.

  Accountable for:

• Ensure the store is always well-presented, maintaining visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist with receiving shipments, unpacking merchandise, and updating inventory records.
  

  Knowledge, skills & experience: The HOW

  Essential Skills & Experience

• Previous retail store experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for fashion and a keen understanding of current trends
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
