Responsibilities

IDEMIA, the global leader in ID & Payment Card manufacturing, located in Exton PA, is looking to bolster our production team on 3rd shift by bringing in a new Machine Operator to assist in our manufacturing process by setting up, operating, monitoring & maintaining machinery.

Shift: 11:00pm – 7:30am

Responsibilities:

• Follow and comply with all OSHA and company safety procedures.
• Adhere to the IDEMIA Quality Policy.
• Contribute to team success by meeting target volumes monthly.
• Understand parts per hour or pieces per hour and demonstrate ability to count.
• Set up, operate, and produce product within ISO specifications while meeting machine expectations provided by the Production Supervisor.
• Cross-train within the department to create flexibility within the teams as described by the Production Supervisor.
• Use various precision equipment; experience with computers is preferred; attention to detail is imperative.
• Willingness to work overtime during the week and weekends as business needs arise.
• Maintain 5S activities for machines/area operated, including TPM tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work in a team-based environment.
• 1-2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
