We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior SIPP Consultant to join a leading investment management firm based in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established company at its growth stage and really grow and develop within the role.
As a Senior SIPP Consultant you will be responsible for a portfolio of clients where you will deliver outstanding customer service and use your pension knowledge to provide service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- An SME within SIPP, maintaining technical expertise and keeping up to date with recent legislation.
- Understands client’s needs, expectations and behaviours and provide the appropriate materials/responses to meet those needs. As a Senior Consultant you will be able to explain to clients in depth both the pension accumulation and de-accumulation phases of the clients SIPP.
- Acts as an escalation point for the SIPP queries team.
- Communicates effectively and able to translate complex pension rules into terms that resonate with clients.
Competencies & Experiences:
- Degree or equivalent combination of training or experience
- Relevant pension qualification (RO4 or equivalent)
- Previous client experience dealing with SIPP and retirement
