Our client is a rapidly expanding firm of RICS registered Chartered Surveyors, known for delivering high-quality, client-focused survey work. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Residential Surveyor to join our flourishing and ambitious team. This is a home-based, remote role with occasional office visits.
About the Role:
- Primarily undertaking RICS Level 1, 2 and 3 Surveys (Level 3 experience desirable but not essential but must be willing to upskill)
- Some Residential Valuations for: Help-to-Buy, Shared Ownership, Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax
Requirements:
- AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualified
- VRS registered
- Minimum 1-year PQE
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: Up to £65,000 (depending on experience)
- Bonus: Up to 20% of Net Fee Income (above target)
- Car Allowance
