The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Residential Property Tax Surveyor to join a dynamic and knowledgeable team. This role is ideal for an experienced surveyor with a strong eye for detail and a keen interest in residential property tax matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed, on-site surveys of residential properties across London and the South-East.
  • Identify chattels and other relevant contents for SDLT relief assessments.
  • Prepare accurate and HMRC-compliant valuation reports.
  • Advise clients on contents valuation and potential SDLT refund opportunities.
  • Liaise with solicitors, conveyancers, and other property professionals.
