Our client is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their growing Sales team and play a crucial role in achieving their ambitious growth targets. The BDR will serve as the first point of contact for potential enterprise customers, focusing on generating qualified pipelines through multi-channel engagement. This includes working across inbound and outbound sales channels.
The BDR will collaborate closely with the Marketing team to qualify leads and identify prospects within enterprise accounts. The role involves contacting senior decision-makers, educating them on the value the client's product can bring, and converting these prospects into sales opportunities. Building strong relationships with stakeholders and fostering trust will be key to success in this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and qualify leads through inbound and outbound channels.
- Conduct high-volume prospecting via phone calls, emails, and social media to generate quality opportunities for Account Executives.
- Attend marketing events and conferences, networking and building rapport with potential clients.
- Nurture long-term relationships with prospects, helping mid-market and large enterprise companies understand the value of the client’s product.
- Develop creative strategies to identify and engage potential new customers.
- Work closely with Account Executives to align on pipeline generation strategies.
- Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs.
Education and Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in outbound sales, ideally within the software sector.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and generating new opportunities.
- Experience in SaaS sales, particularly CMS solutions, is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in outbound sales tactics and familiarity with a modern sales tech stack.
