About the role – Behaviour Mentor – Enfield
- Assist students in classrooms
- Work alongside other staff members such as Behaviour Mentors, Youth Workers, and Pastoral Support Workers
- Deliver 1:1 direct interventions and support within the classroom
- Collaborate with the class teacher and other staff to provide the best learning environment for students
- Monitor and evaluate pupils\’ responses regarding their learning and intervention activities through observation
- Promote inclusion of all pupils within the classroom
