Buyer - Bradford

Due to business growth, we’re looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Buyer for our Manufacturing client in Bradford!

This is a great opportunity to join a leading UK manufacturer in West Yorkshire who design and manufacture quality and innovative products and solutions that transform our working environment.

Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will be part of a small team delivering a mix of project procurement, operational purchasing of stock items & the development of category strategies for core commodities.

You will be responsible for:
• Ordering, expediting & rescheduling materials from suppliers to meet customer project OTIF.
• Delivering continual cost effectiveness.
• Negotiating commercial agreements delivering optimum price, quality & lead times.
• Managing ad-hoc purchases.
• Maintaining data accuracy – Supplier, POs & stock integrity.
