As a L\’Oréal Customer Care Apprentice, your main role will be communicating with & offering an exceptional standard of service to our 10,000 salon customers via multiple channels such as Email, Live Chat & Telephone. L\’Oréal Professional Products is constantly evolving, and we have an always-on feedback approach – this means that we may adjust channels based on customer needs. You will learn how to approach & deliver exceptional service through speed, accuracy, and providing expert responses to our clients, supported by 121 mentorship and coaching programs. You will also develop your personal learning through various platforms daily, with regular meetings with your Customer Care Manager.
You will…
- Learn how to provide an optimal level of service to all salon customers to achieve first contact resolution within SLA.
- Learn to handle multiple contacts simultaneously, maintaining accuracy & knowledge, and proactively follow up to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Become an expert on all customer touchpoints within L\’Oréal Professional Products to answer questions accurately and communicate clearly.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve departmental efficiency and service quality.
- Drive our NPS score by acting on customer feedback and supporting continuous improvement.
- Manage stakeholders effectively, communicating at all levels.

- Strong attention to detail skills
- A can-do attitude and willingness to go above & beyond for customers
- Ability to work in a dynamic and demanding environment
- Strong prioritization and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to challenge current ways of working and seek improvements
- Experience with SAP is advantageous but not essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
Eligibility…
- You must NOT already have obtained a degree
- Eligible to work in the UK
- GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade C (4) or equivalent
- Achieved a BBC at A level or equivalent in International Baccalaureate or other courses
