Application Support Analyst – Permanent – £40,000-£45,000 – London We have an exciting opportunity for an Application Support Analyst to join a growing financial services company. Within the role you will provide 1st & 2nd level support, troubleshooting & logging application issues, as well as supporting colleagues across the organisation. This is a hybrid role where travel to their office will be needed 2 days a week on average. What you will be doing: Provide 1st & 2nd level technical application support to end users Manage relationships with key stakeholders as well as with the external MSP Monitor service levels and ensure SLA’s are met Support with MI reporting & service catalogue management What they are looking for: Proven application support experience on CRM systems, as well as other SaaS based applications Financial Services/Asset Finance industry experience would be highly advantageous Experience of O365 and a general understanding of Azure Excellent team working & stakeholder management skills
