Key Responsibilities:
- Manage immigration processes and applications (e.g. skilled worker visa, dependants and family visa, settlement visas).
- Assist senior consultants in preparing applications for individuals and businesses, ensuring compliance with UK immigration laws and policies.
- Assist clients in gathering necessary documentation, tracking visa statuses, and maintaining accurate records.
- Ensure clients remain compliant with immigration rules.
- Manage internal databases and ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in UK immigration services, either in-house or within an immigration law firm.
- In-depth knowledge of UK immigration rules, regulations, and visa types.
- Experience with visa application processes and managing casework.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases at once.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SMS (Sponsor Management System) is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in law, HR, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
- OISC Level 1, preferred but not essential.
