Community Nurse need in Swindon paying up to £40 an hour

Staff Partners are currently seeking Community District Nurses (RGN Band 6) who are passionate about delivering outstanding care. The role is based around Swindon.

We offer flexible working options including block bookings, full-time, part-time, or ad hoc shifts, with pay up to £40 per hour.

Main Duties

1. Provide compassionate and competent care to patients and service users, based on current evidence of best practice.
2. Promote health and healing by observing, monitoring well-being, and evaluating the effectiveness of the care provided.
3. Ensure patient needs are met by liaising with multidisciplinary team members such as specialist nurses, doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and social workers, as well as overseeing healthcare assistants, nursing associates, and students.
4. Safeguard patients.
5. Provide updates to colleagues, family members, and carers.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Sensitivity and energy to provide trusting care for patients.
• A genuine desire to make a positive difference in people\’s lives.
• Experience working in a community hospital setting.
• Car driver, as community visits are required.
