Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Plymouth for a Home Health Aide. The Home Health Aide will be responsible for providing personal care, assisting with activities of daily living, and supporting patients in their homes. Day-to-day tasks include bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. The role involves maintaining open communication with patients and their families and ensuring the comfort and safety of patients in their care.

Qualifications

• Skills in Home Care and Patient Care
• Experience in Personal Care and Activities of Daily Living
• Strong Communication skills
• Empathy, patience, and a compassionate approach to care
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
• Relevant certification or training in home health or personal care
