Initial placement within the salary range depends on relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. The surveillance department operates independently from other departments.

• The Surveillance Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing surveillance system equipment.
• This role involves preventive and corrective maintenance of electronic, electrical, and mechanical components to support profitability, guest satisfaction, workforce strength, and compliance goals.
• Encourages high standards, sets positive examples, and fosters a fun, professional environment for staff and a pleasant experience for guests.

To succeed in this role, candidates must perform essential duties satisfactorily. The following are the minimum requirements:

• Associate’s/Technical Degree; or 2 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with CCTV, computers, and alarm systems (burglar/fire) is preferred.
