An exciting opportunity has arisen for several Service Business Officers to join our team in the Civil Aerospace Service Business Team at Rolls-Royce in Derby.

The Civil Aerospace Service Business Team is responsible for driving business performance by providing focused, insightful information that enables Civil Aerospace to make better decisions and extract value cost-effectively. About the Role

The Service Business team forecasts profitability for all aftermarket service offerings such as Total Care, Flex, and SelectCare, and supports project and customer teams in contract management. You will report to a Service Business Manager within the Civil Aerospace Service Business Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate financial forecasts of aftermarket contracts, including operational inputs and analysis to produce an aeroengine Shop Visit Plan.
• Support commercial teams with business evaluations, scenario modeling, and customer contract reviews for sales opportunities and campaigns.
• Forecast TotalCare, Flex, SelectCare, and Fixed Price Over-Haul business returns, coordinating across functions.
• Create and monitor engine overhaul and spare parts sale forecasts to support parts and engine maintenance planning.

Candidate Profile

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
• Experience in project management, forecasting, analysis, and communication.
• Understanding of financial statements, Profit & Loss.
• Experience in multi-team communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong business acumen.
