Overview
This exciting role would give you the opportunity to learn and earn as we support you in developing your knowledge of Building Services.
Building Services Engineers bring life to buildings by managing systems like lighting, heating, ventilation, security, and energy management.
As an Apprentice, you will support the Building Services Team on projects, ensuring timely, quality, and budget-compliant delivery; assist in design, reports, and contract documents; and liaise with clients and contractors.
From day one, you\’ll work on real projects across sectors like education, healthcare, defense, and commercial. Discover our projects at Pick Everard.
We offer a day-release apprenticeship to gain a Level qualification in Building Services Engineering.

About You
Our ideal Apprentice Building Services Engineer must have:

• A Level Math between A-C; a Science A Level between A-C & ideally Physics or a relevant BTEC/Level 3 qualification.
• Good written and verbal communication skills for effective teamwork and client interaction.

It Would Be Nice For You To Have

• An interest in construction engineering.
• Great problem-solving skills.
• Good self-motivation.
