About the Role
We are seeking a confident and experienced Senior Mental Health Support Worker to lead by example and support both service users and the wider care team. You will play a key role in the daily management of care delivery, ensuring high standards are maintained and that service users are empowered in their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide hands-on, person-centred support to individuals with complex mental health needs
2. Support the daily running of the service, including supervision of support staff
3. Act as a shift leader, ensuring smooth handovers, managing rotas, and delegating tasks appropriately
4. Administer or supervise medication and ensure safe recording procedures
5. Build therapeutic relationships and provide emotional, behavioural, and practical support to service users
