About the job We seek an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to architect, deploy, and maintain critical infrastructure for Tether Data Division. Deep technical expertise and a security-first mindset are essential. Ideal candidates will demonstrate: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Experience managing systems with 99.99% uptime Excellent documentation and communication Proven incident management Ability to work independently and globally Security, threat detection, and mitigation expertise Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain high-availability infrastructure Manage deployments and updates Implement monitoring and incident response systems Collaborate with developers to optimize performance Conduct security audits and hardening Mentor junior team members Requirements include 5+ years Linux sysadmin experience, expertise in Terraform, Ansible, Docker, GPU management, security practices, NodeJS deployment, Prometheus, Grafana, CI/CD, Git, and FIDO2/Yubikeys for server admin.
