Role Overview: As a Mechanical Craftsman, you will maximize plant efficiency while maintaining plant assets.
- Manage mechanical maintenance for process and support equipment to ensure plant availability and production capability.
- Coordinate maintenance activities within your area.
- Work closely with supervisors and managers.
- Allocate parts and prioritize work to optimize engineering resources.
- Perform regular testing and maintenance of mechanical services and standby equipment.
- Improve operational efficiency of your designated plant area.
- Proactively manage spare parts assets.
- Enforce safety practices and maintain a safe working environment.
- Execute mechanical maintenance routines.
- Ensure correct stocking of spare parts.
- Implement innovations and engage in plant continuous improvement activities.

- Experience in mechanical maintenance in heavy, continuous manufacturing processes.
- Time-served apprentice or ONC/HNC qualifications.
