The Role
As a Director, you will play a key role in shaping client strategies, offering strategic insights, and providing proactive counsel to board and senior management teams. You will maintain C-Suite relationships and confidently initiate and manage the strategic direction of communications for PLCs and private companies looking to list.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with C-Suite executives.
- Lead and provide input on communication strategies that align with clients' broader business objectives.
- Formulate and articulate investment cases for listed companies across various sectors.
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership to optimise opportunities for the business.
- Mentor junior colleagues and foster team development.
- Negotiate fee agreements and maintain profitable yet high-standard client relationships.
