Duties Include

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and helpful responses.
• Proactively manage and resolve customer delivery inquiries, ensuring clear communication and effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within our systems, including Excel spreadsheets and electronic databases.
• Generate insightful reports to support team objectives and identify areas for improvement.

What You\’ll Bring

• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a customer service role, demonstrating your ability to provide outstanding support.
• While not essential, any experience in sales or upselling would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is essential; experience with ERP systems would be a significant plus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
