We are currently recruiting for a Restaurant General Manager as we add Pizza Hut to our portfolio.
Reports To: Principal Operator/Area Manager
Position Overview: Leading the restaurant management team and staff, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Functional Responsibilities:
- Manage all FOH and BOH operations and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure adherence to safety, sanitation, and security standards; develop improvement action plans.
- Maintain financial health by achieving food cost and labor targets.
- Manage P&L statements in compliance with financial control standards.
- Adapt quickly to market trends and environmental changes; modify store plans accordingly.
Leadership Responsibilities:

- Oversee recruitment, hiring, and bench planning.

- Proven performance in KPIs with primary profit responsibility.
- Certified in Leading a Restaurant (LAR).
- Clear ITC check.
- Willingness to travel between restaurants as required by Pizza Hut.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
