We are currently working with a global asset manager in their search for a Senior Client Services Associate. This position directly reports to the Head of Client Services, assisting with managing new/existing client relationships and increasing engagement.
The Senior Client Services Associate will take responsibility for the following duties:
- Support the team to produce tailored investment reporting materials.
- Work closely with internal teams to effectively manage client assets.
- Engage and contribute in client meetings and events, where appropriate.
- Build strong relationships with and be the point of contact for key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Actively contribute on broader ad-hoc requests across the team, as they arise.
The Senior Client Services Associate will meet the following skillset:
- Minimum 4 yearsβ experience in Client Services within the asset management sector.
- Strong knowledge of institutional markets.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Collaborative, team player with excellent attention to detail.
- European languages are preferred.
