Glasgow: 3 days in office (hybrid working)

A global leading finance organisation is seeking an IT Business Analyst to transform their IT Asset Management process and to help architect and design innovative solutions.

Candidates should have:

• Experience as a business analyst within finance
• Experience driving process design for hardware asset management transformation
• Strong ITSM/ESM process design experience
• Proven ServiceNow expertise
• Excellent stakeholder communication
• Microsoft Office proficient
• Agile methodology understanding
• Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments
