Role Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Dental Nurses, support recruitment, and compliance duties
• Manage training of Trainee/Apprentice Dental Nurses
• Assist the Practice Manager in running the Dental Nursing Team
• Deliver excellent patient care, working with clinical freedom
• Support team collaboration and effective practice management
• Support Private and NHS dentistry, promote treatment options, and improve practice efficiency
• Ensure compliance with GDC and other regulatory responsibilities
• Engage in your own CPD and professional development

Requirements

Must have a current, live GDC registration.
