Job Description

At Home Instead East Herts, we\’re on the lookout for caring individuals for our evening shifts. As a Care Professional, you\’ll provide essential support and companionship to the elderly in East Herts. Responsibilities:

You don’t need experience in social care — full training is provided. What matters most is that you are:

• Compassionate and caring

• Resilient and dependable

• Open to learning and developing new skills

• A team player who works well with others

• A driver with a full UK or international licence and Business Insurance

Qualifications:

• Experience is not required; we offer in-depth in-house training.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Must have dependable transportation for various duties.
• Superior organisational and time management skills.
• A caring, friendly disposition to create lasting relationships.

Requirements:

Applicants must be 18+ with a valid driver\’s licence and reliable car.

UK residency is essential, and we cannot provide working visas.
