Are you an experienced and highly motivated therapist with drive and ambition? Do you have proven clinical leadership skills? Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to lead a successful, innovative and forward-thinking team?
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our supportive, integrated health and social care cluster management team in Exeter Central and East. You will be leading a team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Band 4+3 support workers to deliver high quality, safe and effective rehabilitation for our local community.
The post holder will be confident in the use of audit and data interpretation, resource management, incident investigation and contributing to clinical leadership within the service to ensure quality care is provided. Adaptability and passion for innovation is essential to ensure the team continues to develop in line with the national agenda on Intermediate Care and current best practice. The post holder will need to be able to manage competing priorities and be flexible to the demands of the cluster.
This is a predominantly Monday to Friday position with the expectation to provide evening, weekend and bank holiday cover when required as part of the on-call rota. Whilst the base for this role is within Whipton Hospital, the post holder will need access to a vehicle to travel as required across Exeter in order to support the team in this Community based role.
Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week. Monday - Friday, 8:30-16:30 (flexible on start/finish times), occasional On Call commitments on weekends/evenings/bank holidays.
