For one of our clients, we are seeking a Product Manager, remotely from Latin America. This role involves taking ownership of improving their supplement products, focusing on taste, packaging, and customer experience. The ideal candidate will leverage customer feedback from surveys and calls to drive meaningful changes and ensure that our offerings exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Feedback & Insights: Gather, analyze, and act on customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct calls.
- Product Optimization: Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers to enhance product taste, formulation, and packaging.
- Market & Competitor Research: Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends and benchmark against competitors.
