Responsibilities:
- Manage M&E Project works on site and report directly to the Project Management Team.
- Identify and confirm the current status of all sub-systems regarding Construction, Completions, Quality, and Commissioning.
- Collate all current design documentation of the systems and take necessary actions for availability.
- Liaise regularly with the Completions team to track the status of each sub-system via check sheets.
- Attend planning sessions to review the PFA, key dates, upcoming scopes, and vendor site visits.
- Support vendor visits, including scheduling, site access, and purchase orders.
- Act as an HSE champion for the area/buildings.
- Participate in progress update meetings, demonstrating system status knowledge with relevant information.
- Attend resource requirement meetings with the Leadership team for upcoming scopes.
- Support meetings in readiness for upcoming scopes, developing action trackers for issues and actions.
- Coordinate with the Quality team to maintain LTQRs for system handover readiness.
Qualifications & Experience:
- SMSTS / SSSTS certification and a valid CSCS Card.
- Qualifying Manager with technical knowledge of M&E scopes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Planning knowledge (P6 Primavera).
- Experience managing supply chains and subcontractors.
- Knowledge of ORBIT completes software (advantageous).
- Ability to obtain SC clearance.
