• Target and close new opportunities across your territory.

• Drive revenue from specification through to project sign-off .
• Strategically plan your time to maximise pipeline and close rate .
• Own your patch like it’s your business.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven hunter mindset – new business is your comfort zone.
• Track record of smashing sales targets in construction, roofing, or building materials.
• Experience selling flat-roof systems , liquid-applied , bitumen , hot melt , single ply , etc.
• Strong connections with architects, specifiers, surveyors , or property firms .
• Obsession with winning and earning big – you don’t just want a job, you want freedom through income .
• Full UK driving licence.
