Role Overview:
As a Youth Support Worker, you will:
- Foster a safe, engaging, and enjoyable learning atmosphere.
- Build positive relationships to enhance students\’ confidence and self-esteem.
- Assist class teachers with various classroom activities.
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students.
- Support personal care duties as needed.
- Work with students who have complex needs.
