C&B Recruitment is currently recruiting for an automotive Parts Advisor to join a successful and well-established Parts department in Manchester.

Previous experience working within a parts department in the motor trade is essential for this role.

Role Overview

1. Checking availability of stock from various enquiries.
2. Handling inbound and outbound telephone enquiries.
3. Dealing with walk-in customers and internet enquiries.
4. Developing customer relationships through good product knowledge and creating a positive first impression.
5. Providing seamless service to workshop and other departments, as well as trade/retail customers.
6. Completing all relevant administration promptly and accurately.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a parts advisor within the motor trade.
2. Experience using different DMS and parts systems.
3. Stable career history.
