Hours: 7 hours per week, 30 mins each morning and 30 mins each evening, Monday-Sunday, as second carer support

Role Requirements

  • You will be required to act as a second carer to support with transfers, personal care, and bedtime routine.
  • The Personal Assistant must have experience operating hoists for transfers.
  • The client has Arthritis in ankles, Angina, swollen legs, fluid retention, cognitive impairment and is breathless on exertion.
  • The client is currently using a rotunda; however, a mobile hoist is being supplied and will be used when received.
  • This opportunity is suited for someone who is responsible, reliable, positive and who has experience of manual handling and hoisting.
  • The role is subject to interview, references and a DBS check (paid for by the funding authority if you don't already have one).
